The FNR co-ordinated ADVANCEFUEL project has been presented at Fuels of the Future 2019, held on 21-22 January 2019 in Berlin. It is the 16th such conference on renewable mobility, and explores concepts, strategies and research results for renewable mobility in the future. This year, more than 550 people from more than 30 countries took part in the conference.
During the forum “New Biofuels”, Kristin Sternberg (FNR) presented the topic of ‘Strategies for overcoming the main barriers to the successful market rollout of advanced fuels – Approaches of the ADVANCEFUEL project’. She gave an overview of the main project objectives and activities, and then focused on the outcomes of the first stakeholder consultations held by the project, on the topic of barriers to RESfuels and possible strategies to overcome or reduce them.
