The kick-off meeting for the INGUMA project, which commenced on January 1th, 2024, took place at the project lead site, Tecnalia, in Bilbao. The agenda included getting to know the project partners, presenting the work packages and their subtasks, and conducting the first Co-Creation Workshop. This provided project partners with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the process, actively contribute, and try out one of the methods. Additionally, the distribution of materials was scheduled, and a tour of Tecnalia's technical facilities was conducted. The kick-off meeting allowed all participants to establish initial personal contacts, laying the foundation for a successful collaboration.
